$8.95 per equity trade applies to online trades in eligible accounts once 30 or more qualifying trades are placed in the household in the current calendar quarter or 120 or more qualifying trades are placed over the prior 12 months or once the household balance reaches $1,000,000 or more. If less than 30 qualifying trades are placed in the household per current calendar quarter or 0-119 over the prior 12 months and there is $999,999 or less in household balances, then equity commission rate is $12.95 for first 1000 shares plus $0.015 for each additional share. Direct access trades are charged an additional $0.003 per share above 5000 shares.$8.95 per option trade plus $0.75 per-contract applies to online trades in eligible accounts.
